P2V Gimbal not working

Hello,
So I have a 2 Vision and the gimbal isn't working at all. When flying, it doesn't stabilize and the DJI app doesn't move it either. I've tried updating firmware but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly your Servo Cable isn't firmly connected... Have a look at 1:35 in the following video which shows the cable & connectors. It's located just above the camera gimbal servo which is housed in the white box immediately above the camera:

Have you updated the firmware? Does your revision numbers match the info screen on the assistant? Has camera been updated?
Do you have a green light on the camera? Let us know what is working and what is not working.
