P2 with latest firmware (3/5/16) cannot lift off

Nothing has changed - I have had dozens of good flights, but now, this baby won't get off the ground. Battery completely charged (same day), props speed up as I increase throttle, but not enough to take off. This is really weird. Help please!

Is everything calibrated? Other than that I'm not sure.

Everything is calebrated, I THINK. There is a mini-usb port on the controller - what is that used for? I have plugged into the mini-usb port on the Phantom, and used the DJI Assistant SW with that. Is there different SW for the controller?

There sure is software for the Controller use the following link to down load it. Also download the user's manual and take the time to read it.
