P2 Transmitter Stick Springs Not Stiff Enough

Is there a way to tighten the springs on both transmitter sticks? It's hard for me to tell when the sticks are centered when I'm flying because there is not enough tension on the centering springs.

I think you can change the tension on the throttle but I'm not sure about the other axies
