Hello all,

I have finally saved up the funds to begin purchasing all the components and would like to get some feedback about my proposed setup. I will be purchasing the P2 Zenmuse H3-3D combo and already have a gopro hero 3+ black edition. Additionally, I would like to add a nice FPV system to it but feel like there are so many options and it is hard to know what to get. As of now I am looking at purchasing the following pieces:
Tx - Immersion RC 5.8GHz 600mW (would a Boscam 5.8GHz 500mW be better?) - http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... aff=255841[1]
Rx - ImmersionRC UNO5800v2 5.8GHz A/V Receiver w/GS-Link (alternative?) - http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... utput.html[2]
iOSD Mini
FPV Camera - Airy 3g Mini Camera (PAL) - http://www.helipal.com/airy-3g-mini-camera-pal.html[3]
Monitor to begin then get Fatsharks. (will be using for cinematic production to begin but have a love for FPV)
Upgrade Antennas

Ideally, I would like to use a separate camera for FPV and use my GoPro for filming. Is that normal, optimal or excessive?
Any advice, corrections, suggestions or general discussion regarding optimizing an FPV setup would be greatly appreciated!

You can, whilst using the Gopro for FPV, also record video and pictures, all three simultaneously.

Awesome, this solves a lot of confusion and seems to be the optimal set up. Thank you for your reply!
