I bought a brand new P-3 in May. I flew it only twice, less than 1/2 hour total flight time. On the third try one of the motors quit working (error message "ESC status error restart aircraft"). I followed DJI's advice and re-installed the firmware and IMU calibration). After doing that NONE of the motors would work. I had no choice but to return it to their repair facility in CA. THERE IS AT LEAST A 6 WEEK WAITING TIME. I was just getting ready to launch a new business when this happened! At least I didn't lose any new customers, YET! When I get it back I may very well consider selling it and going with a different manufacturer. I have a small Parrot Bebop- and although it doesn't have the capabilities of the P-3, I'm still pretty impressed with it. DJI ARE YOU LISTENING!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR GO DOWN IN FLAMES!!! THE COMPETITION IS CLOSING IN ON YOUR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
