Overlay flight data to video file using a Mac?

Hey guys,

Is it possible to overlay the flight data (height/speed/distance etc) on the videos using a Mac computer? Right now I use DashWare on my Windows laptop, but would like to be able to do it on my Mac? Any Mac OSX software suggestions?
