Ok, feedback on one more setup

Ok, in an attempt to put together a package that can be purchased by one vendor I would like your feedback on this setup. I recommended the setup that was recommended in the post about what is the best FPV setup to buy, but because I work for a school district and everything has to be setup for PO purchase, the teacher that is getting this setup doesn't want to try and piece a setup together from multiple vendors, partially because he's not sure our purchasing department would be on board to setup the accounts. So, can you give me your feedback on this setup so I know which direction I should go. Here is two links to a setup, let me know the good and bad about it. I truly appreciate your input. Both are fine. Have you actually got the Phantom yet? They have some pretty good package deals out there.
www.Dronefly.com will let you send in your craft and they'll install (solder) the TX for you and setup the monitor with the receiver.
They also sell both of these items.
