I know that Ocean City previously had a bogus ordinance banning drones in the entire city but it had an expiration so I wrote the police department to ask the current status and got this message back so in case anyone's interested Ocean City New Jersey is good to fly as long as you follow the FAA guidelines.

Speaking of bogus, just what does this topic have to do with the FCC? I suppose you would need to take the Morse Code test?

Thanks for getting that information. I'm down there in July. There is an airport there so you need to be careful.
