Non-HDMI Module swap

I have a somewhat strange, but quick question about the P3A, P3P, P4, P4P controllers. I know that the HDMI module can be used in any of the GL300A, GL300B or GL300C controllers. But is the inverse also true? Can the non-HDMI module from a GL300A be used in a GL300C or GL300B (is the non-HDMI module model independent as well)?

Technically Yes though I don't have practical experience of switching to all these combinations.

Thanks for the replies and just a quick followup to say that swapping the non-HDMI module from a GL300A to a GL300C works flawlessly, as expected. I would guess that swapping between GL300A, B and C's would work, but I didn't test all the iterations.
