No Status Light, No GPS Mode

Between a couple flights today I hooked my newly charged battery up to my Phantom 1.1.1 and the normal chime occurred but the LED status light never starting blinking any color light at all. I thought maybe the quad would not start up, but it did and I was able to fly under manual mode without a problem, but didn't have GPS working.

I have since tried hooking up again with the same results. I also hooked up to my computer and used the Naza M assistant and found that the Status light on the Phantom went a constant Green the whole time, so it seems that the light at least works.

Any thoughts/suggestions on what could be wrong and how to fix it?

Though I didn't get a response, I figure I would update for posibility of somone else seeing this.

Root Cause - Some how the connetion between the LED and the Naza - M V2 has become loose and was not connected in. I simply removed the outer shell and saw the connection was not fully made up.
