No sound on P3P?

I purchased the P3P and I noticed that there is no sound recorded. On many Youtube video's I can clearly hear the props blasting away so should there be sound at all? (Not that it really matters so much as I can do without the annoying noise. I was just wondering.)

Some people have an additional recorder on their phantoms so that's where you hear the sound. Or they are recording on the ground while filming instructional videos and during a flight scene, the ground camera is picking up the sound, not the phantom.

The ones with prop noise are usually a p2 with gopro onboard
