No S/N Number to connect controller.

    Opened what i thought would of been a bit of fun, After 2 days of trying to get this thing to work,. I am over it,. It now says i need a new S/N number,. to connect controller. Done absolutly everything advised online,. to no avail.
    Does anyone know how to get this S/N Number?.. Or did i just buy a brand new christmas tree light for a ridiculous amount of money?. Kinda want to see this thing do something,
    Dji company have been no help at all or the retailer..

    Erm, can you give us a clue as to which DJI product you are talking about, and exactly what the issue is, where you are seeing the error, etc?

    Phantom V1? Phantom 2? Phantom 2 Vision? I'm sure we can get you airbourne, but we need a bit more!! :D

    Been awhile, I don't remember; don't you go to the DJI web site, register and then when you use the Assistant software you enter your email address and password the serial number automagically appears?

    memory failing....not sure....what day is this....too much snow...too cold...Phantom sitting idle....
