No Picture in Phone App - Vision 2 +

Hello

Anyone have a clue?

Everything connects fine, I can see the wifi connection etc.

The issue is when I open the software on the phone I don't get a picture, the camera will not move and it doesn't know my altitude... distance etc. It even says no SD card found when I click picture video etc.

I have tried:

+ Rebooting a gazillion times (everything)
+ Re-updated every firmware it would allow me to
+ Uninstalled and re-installed the app on THREE (3) different phones
+ I've even re-set one phone back to factory settings - Uhggg

Note: The gimbal seems to work fine - It moves during boot up etc.

hi,

i recently had the same issue.

tried everything but no good results.

took it back to the authorized dealer and they replaced it for me on the spot.

i guess its a common issue and they already know that it cant be fixed .

The strange thing is...sometimes it will connect...but most of the time it doesnt. Did yours do that too?

Yes it kept doing that until it turned black forever ... I guess it has to do with the bew update and it fries the part reaponsabile for the fpv
