I've started a thread about it in FPV (viewtopic.php?f=31&t=16641), but wanted to venture outside that specific area just in case anyone else could help shed some light on it.

Here is the video showing what the issue is: http://youtu.be/fmOmSYSGCLU

Brief background...I purchased the P2 from B&H, have flown it just fine with no issues for 2-3 weeks. I purchased several FPV parts for install and did it myself according to a YouTube video (http://youtu.be/TL8pqtEDuos). Everything seemed to be working fine. Before I took it out for it's first flight, I wanted to install the wide landing skid I purchased (http://www.rangevideo.com/en/dji/452-ex ... opter.html). Upon finishing that, I started the P2 and have since been unable to get the LED lights to recognize anything past the IMU warm up flashes.

I've double/triple checked all connections and plugs. Nothing is missing.

When hooked up to my iMac running the RC Assistant software...I kept getting an "ERROR[27]". Meaning "GPS not calibrated, or magnetic field interference. Please calibrate GPS again in good condition.". That's where I have the problem. How can I recalibrate the GPS, when the LED lights won't show me anything or when I'm in calibration mode?!? I've tried following the magnetization video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCT1rRE_UIg) and it's not helping bring the LED lights back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter,

Yes, I definitely checked that one.

Here is something odd though. I went to a completely different location to try and see if that helped and just for curiosity...I took it up to see what would happen. To my surprise, the FPV monitor confirmed that it achieved GPS lock!! There must definitely be an issue with the LED then. Where can I buy replacements for that?

Hi you can buy the ESC controllers on ebay, just make sure that they are the ones por the backside of phantom, meaning that they have the green leds and the conecction cord is long enough to reach the naza

Just wanted to update here in case anyone else has this issue.

I took the P2 to a completely different field/location and setup the FPV and everything like normal. Still no lights at this point. I did CSC and the two front lights turned solid red. I elevated to about 1 meter and the FPV monitor (Black Pearl) said I had GPS lock. I elevated to about 100 meters and the monitor said I had GPS lock to 10 satellites!!

I had no issues flying and even went through 2 battery changes and flew as far as 400 meters with no issues at all. I plugged the P2 into the computer this morning and the rear lights are now working again and the Compass (raw) mod amount was about 1,000 less than yesterday. I have NO idea how everything magically got fixed, but it did and I'm happy...for now.

I'll post back if anything goes awry in the next few weeks. Thanks for all of those who pitched in their suggestions. Great to know there is a caring community to help out.
