Try putting your device into airplane mode, turn everything back on again, select the phantom wifi and check. Have you registered with dji through the app?Yes. And on the wifi is where it says Connected no internet.
I got a new phone. It worked with old phone. Now when I try to connect it says no internet and when I go sign in it says disconnected.That's normal, it won't be the cause of your issue. The phone connects to the controllers wifi, which has no internet.
When you say you can't fly, what exactly is happening? Can you start the Go app? Does it show the aircraft as connected? Is this a new issue or always done it?
