Had my P3P a couple of days ( with Nvidia Tablet Android) and my pilot is missing
features. The place where I bought it prepped the quad and test flew it there.
It wasn't till I checked the app at home did I discover it was missing the above and maybe more ?
Huh?

The Android app doesn't have the simulator - Apple version does.
But you should check the version you have.
The Play Store version (1.0.10) is quite old and lacking features.
Make sure you have the up-to-date version V1.1.0
If you have the old one, uninstall it and download it here:

Thanks man but my Windows 7 won't open the file? It's an apk, file and my pc desk top just sits there
like duh won't open any apk. file .My pc is about 9 years old and in need of replacement.
Time to head to Vision Computers.

An .apk file is the install file for an Android app.
It's not going to open on a Windows computer.

What version app did they install on your tablet?
If you need to update to 1.1.0, uninstall the old version first.
Download the .apk file to the tablet or transfer it there and run it on the tablet. This will install the P
lot app.

Hmm ... lets see
I'll try to work out how to explain to someone that's not very familiar.
First .. have they put the old version on your tablet? (V1.0.10)?
If so .. completely uninstall it
Then ..
On your tablet, can you get the web browser open and go to www.dji.com
Go to Products .. Phantom .. click on Phantom 3 Series
Click on Downloads
A little down the page, go to Pilot App and over on the right, click on Android
You may get a message about accepting files from unknown sources ... click on accept or whatever it says to download the file
I'm not sure if it will open automatically after downloading or if you have to find it in your downloads and run it yourself.

To add to what @Meta4 said, once the file is downloaded, it'll show up in your notification bar at the top of the tablet. Click on it and it'll install.
At some point it'll prompt you to enable USB Debugging. Don't ignore that step or the app won't work.
