Newbie - Question on Downloads

Just got my Phantom today.

I have a Mac. What do I need to do to be able to download the softwares - firmware upgrades for the Phantom?

I have never owned and operated one of these.

I'm afraid a Mac without Windows software like boot camp will not work. I'm all Mac also but had to buy a small windows notebook.
