After watching from the sidelines for quite a while I finally dipped my big toe into the water. My initial foray into this hobby is scheduled to arrive today, a P3S. I figured I'd go low end but with a good name, in order to increase my odds of success. I really appreciate all of the information available, and feel I'll be completely prepared when I have my maiden voyage.

Welcome! The standard is very capable. Read the manual 2 or 3 times. Make sure your RTH option is set to "return to home" and not "hover" or "land". Take it slow and keep the bird close until you get comfortable with all the controls. Have fun!
