New user some useful knowledge i should know?

Hey guys newb here from london. Picked up a phantom 3 standard today. Love the thing.

Thought i would see if i could pick your brains on some insider knowledge as such

As with anything theres always a few bits you need to buy to complete a 'kit'

Whats something i should invest in now?

Im also looking at batteries and yep they are expensive. Any good options there for conversions to a different battery system? Id rather have 10 batterys that do only do 10 minutes flying if they cost the same price as two phantom batteries as such

Hi and welcome..
Extra micro sd cards will be important.
A few intelligent flight batteries will keep you aloft longer.
DJI created a firmware update, that makes other batteries from outside their domain obsolete.
Please don't waste your money or thoughts, use only OEM options.
Some folks like to add ND filters over the front element.
Back pack to carry your kit... ;-)
