I am not flush with cash, so instead of buying a gopro like most people for my phantom 2, I bought a cheaper camera called the Eken H9. Will it be good enough? I am not a pro or anything, I just like shooting cool videos and getting awesome pictures.

I have heard a lot of controversy about carbon fiber blades, what do you guys think about them?

How does ground station work?

Are there any batteries I can use that are not from DJI?

What is the maximum legal height to fly a drone?

To start you off ..
You're not going to find any improvement with carbon fibre blades
Max legal height depends on where you are - there are no universal laws or regulations.

Legal height in the US I think is 400ft. Here in the UK it's 120m. You also have to be careful as some areas have a suggested distance away from you. The UK says 500m but you'd be ok if you keep it in LOS, which is pretty much 500m anyway before it gets too small.

For the Phantom 3's DJI only have batteries as no third party have released any yet. To be honest I'd only ever use the DJI ones anyway. Why risk a £1000 phantom for the sake of £100?
