New Tablet ..Old Flight data

Have upgraded from my iPad mini to a iPad air, Have deleted all apps from my mini so using my Ipad air with
the DJI app but i have lost all my data total number of flights battery etc distance

Can i recover it ? I do not use any type of cloud
I need that information back if i can.

If i was buying a second hand drone (which i am not)
It would be an easy way for a seller to demonstrate a low flight time, battery cycle etc

There is no way to get that data back if the DJI GO app data is gone and you did not sync the flight logs in DJI GO prior to deleting it.

The point of syncing your flight data to DJI's servers is for exactly this reason. If you didn't sync your flight logs to DJI before deleting the app, well, you're asking the question too late.

Thanks i did not sync .because i had no idea to sync .so thats all history then !

You have not lost much, start new now. I usually don't synch as I don't like to share my data with 3rd party servers and would avoid if possible.
