Hey everyone,

If this isn't acceptable, then feel free to take it down — but I hope you get pumped about this new resource.

If you haven't heard of iFixit before, iFixit is a global resource for visual repair guides that anyone can contribute to. We just launched a new category on consumer drone repair (this is the umbrella term for quadcopters, RC planes, etc.), and I thought you might like to know that various DJI Phantom models are included in the list.

https://www.ifixit.com/c/Drone

Even if the existing guides aren't helpful to you presently, we invite you to be an awesome human being and contribute a new repair guide if/when you're in the middle of repairing your Phantom unit.

iFixit is on a mission to improve the world with repair — to reduce the amount of garbage and e-waste added to dumps each year. We hope you can contribute to the repair guides at some point!

Thanks everyone.

Cheers!

Welcome to the Forum! Your goal is admirable! Don't you have an app or used to have an iPhone app? I've been to your site before, maybe I just pasted the URL on the screen. :)

Thanks for the support! Like I said, if anyone here wants to share a repair experience by creating a guide at ifixit.com, that would be awesome. It helps out everybody :D

We definitely have an iPhone app. It's right here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ifixit-repair-manual/id407417097?mt=8
Also, Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dozuki.ifixit
and Windows http://apps.microsoft.com/windows/e...al/78fed694-5e81-4f60-a277-62f0733ce2bf/m/ROW

We actually have repair guides for all sorts of things, but we're really trying to get the quadcopter ones going, due to the booming popularity of these gadgets.

Cheers!
