Why is the camera blurry on this I've changed all kinda settings and can't get this to go away?

Maybe it has something to do the Clouds over head.Maybe you can call a Ladder Fire truck or Large Bucket Crane and shoot again from that Height.

I know this may sound silly but have you taken the plastic film off the front of the lens?

Are you sure you are recording and snapping at the highest resolutions?
