New Phantom 2 smart battery price

I'm gonna be talking in €'s but I see the Phantom 2 smart battery has dropped in price again. It was €159, then 2 weeks ago it dropped to €129 and now I just noticed on the dji website it has now dropped to €109. I have a sneaky suspicion they are trying to sell off their stock of batteries, maybe because of a possible Phantom 3 release soon?

Could be. But it could just be that manufacturing has gotten cheaper.

Though I certainly like your theory better. Wait. No I don't. That means I'd have to buy a Phantom 3!

Or a better battery, maybe higher maH or a 4S so we can get longer flight times. Alot of other quads and hexs are coming into the market with 25-30+ flight times with gimbals, so they will want to stay ahead of that.
