What is it and why do I need it ??
Maybe someone has a link to a tutorial ??

Log converters are different than sending logs to the cloud ??

When you "send something to the cloud", you're just uploading a file and saving it to the Internet. Saving a file doesn't necessarily cause anything to happen with it though (e.g. a log conversion).
