New drone lose video signal

I just got a phantom 3 standard yesterday and when I go up 20metres high I lose video signal I don't know is it because I'm in beginner mode or what?

You should be able to fly up to 30m in beginner mode. And, the video should not drop out when you hit that limit.

Are you flying straight above yourself? Flying out and then up? Flying in an area with lots of potential Wi-Fi interference? Give us some more details.

Yeah straight up and just about 10 metres away from me, I've been flying in my estate and there's loads of houses so it's prob because of the wifi I'll try later in a more open area and see how it is.

You won't get the best signal when flying directly overhead, but you should be able to do it if you point your antenna properly.
