New battery does not show times charged

Hi,

I got a new genuine DJI battery. I loaded the 1.6 firmware onto my SD card (as per directions from the DJI online help person) and let it update in the AC.

Battery seems fine, however I have recharged it and it is still showing zero times charged.

Is there likely something wrong with it or is this common?

It seems to only increment each time 100% of the battery has been used. If you charge it from 50% to 100% (for example), it will not increment sometimes.

The app shows full charge cycles ... Two 50% charges would equal 1 full charge.

Okay thanks. yeah, I did not take it down past about 60 percent before charging so that makes sense.

Although my battery that came with the Phantom had 1 charge on it from the factory and I assumed this would have too.
