New Battery Busted?

I have two new batteries and one of them doesn't seem to charge. It turns on but it's busted.

Anything I can do to fix it? I haven't fully charged either of these since they're brand new but I thought I'd ask in case I was missing something.

Edit - Firmware upgrade fixed it.

Take the second battery back... If it isnt working.. It will cause your phantom to crash in midair
