I just switched the antennas from my original transmitter and installed them on my New TX. Of course, I made sure everything was functioning before I made the change.
It works great, especially the built in knob or whatever they call it... Never taking my hands off the TX to position the camera is the only way to go. Some people were skeptical about the knob's placement on the TX but for me it works fine. I guess it pays to have very large hands-at least that's what my wife always says...also keep in mind this mod will void the warranty on the transmitter.
