Need to do compass dance every flight

After a 2 week holiday when the phantom was unused, I now need to dance the compass before every flight, even if I fly then move a few hundred metres I need to do it again.

I power up, get the amber flashing which I watch for 5-7 mins, I get fed up, do the dance, watch amber for about 1 minute, then it's fine

Checked calibration and it says not needed

Any ideas

Do the advanced calibration in the Naza assistant. Ignore it when it says it's not needed.
