Need help with Samsung s6 edge plus not connecting

I need help Samsung Galaxy S6 plus Edge is not connecting to my DJI 3 professional anybody got any ideas thank you

Are you following the steps? Drone power on. Then controller. Then plug in the phone? My S7 Will sometimes not connect if not done in that order

Thanks for response yes I've tried that plus the other way controller first then the Drone I've tried messing with debugging changing debugging settings new USB cable tried a couple of them my iPad works I called the place for DJI and they said it's not compatible but I see threads saying there's work maybe software update not sure who knows
