Need help with my ipad mini 2...

I used to give a fluck about apple devices, my parents gave me a an ipad mini, it fell and shattered glass, I started to not give a fluck this last few days b'cause I got my P3P and need a monitor and asked myself "my ipad is the mini or the mini 2? It says on the back of the box "ipad mini wifi 16 gb space gray" the model is A1489

My question here is: is my ipad the mini 2 or if not can my ipad mini be used as monitor???

If not im gonna sell it and get something that works as P3P monitor

It's an iPad Mini 2 wifi-only, which can be used with P3P. You just can't use Follow Me & Dynamic Home Point features since it does not have built-in GPS.
