Need Help - Regarding DJI Repair Process

Hello,

I'm from India, had crashed by DJI Phantom 3 Pro, gimble took a hit.
As per DJI support and Guide, have sent it to China, as guided in the support mail.

On Nov 10, have received a confirmation from DJI support that they have received the gimble camera and repair in progress and they will be updating further information.

However, I have no idea what is the status, when can I expect reply?
I don't know how this process works, first time sending some device for repair outside india.
Mail and the repair status site is in Chinese,
Could not find support email id to drop a mail to expect a reply.

Can someone share information how this thing normally works with them?
I'm worried about waiting forever with no reply, or say a month for update from them.

It has been 5 days since I have received a their first confirmation email of Gimble arrival to them.

Please help, being too impatience now. Had to cancel many important events due to this.
Its festive seasons in India, Need the gimble back asap.

I had my Zenmuse gimbal repaired recently. They had it for about 2 weeks before they shipped it back. Sending an email does nothing except slow them down.
