P4 Firmware Need help please

I was previously using the DJI Go app. I hadn't flown for a couple of weeks. When I connected I was told that I had to upgrade to the Go4 app. I did that and now it is stating I have inconsistent firmware. Per the instructions I installed the Assistant 2 on my PC and plugged in the drone, logged into my account. It is not recognizing my P4. Can someone kindly tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm grounded until I get this fixed. ~Many Thanks [emoji30]

I believe you had updated your DJI Go app to the latest version 3.1.6 which doesn't accept P4 and above and in case you are trying to use P4 with DJI Go app, it will ask you to download DJI GO 4.

You don't need to update any FW if you are happy with previous releases. Just use DJI Go 4 for your P4
