Need Assistance w Updating and Connecting to PC

    Hello all. I have had a whirlwind of issues this week. My first P2 was doa via B&H....so waiting to return that one. Got another from Amazon, which was broken. So I just got my third today, hoping for the best...

    But when I connect to a computer (pc) I get an error about a controller firmware mismatch and upon trying to login it errors out w a 299 error, yet I can login via the dji website.

    I have tried this on 4 pc systems all w new dji software installs.

    I have a shoot in a week with this and have no idea what to do. Any advice or otherwise?

    Btw can anyone login via the software and tell me if it's working for them? Maybe the dji server is down? I have no way of downloading firmware at the moment, let alone checking any copter settings...

    I believe they're having server issues, I'm experiencing the same error.

    I've been updating my P2V since I got it in December. Today the assistant software ask me to log in again. The log in failed with error 229. Frustrating!
