ND filters add-on on P3

Does anyone made an ND filter system for the P3? Even just a lens protector would be a great idea.

I've costumed made myself a lens cap to protect the camera in transport but I supposed the demande for such manufactured items will be growing quite fast...

I'm just going to gaffer tape them to the sides and add gels depending on the conditions.

But since I don't own a P3, it would be complicated to get exact measurements to build the 3D model.

Thanks everyone,

The lens of the P3 camera is visibly more recessed than on a GoPro so I'm not sure it really need a sun hood. So far, no one reported the sun flickering problem of a GoPro on a P1/P2.

I've also easily managed to build a custom made lens protector from a cap of a pills bottle. What I'm really looking for is some kind of a clear glass protection while I'm flying. Something like the GoPro transparent lens protector that allow you to use various removable ND cutout filter inside it.

Polar Pro filters will have a set of 3 filters (PL, ND(2) ND(3)) for 49.99.
ND will be nice for smoother video!
