Naza USB not working, any troubleshooting ideas?

    I've rebooted, and tried without the extension cable. I'm on a Mac using VMware Fusion to Win 7. I'm not even getting the MAC to see the device in System Infomation -> USB, or VMware asking to connect Naza to Windows. Want to have all ducks in a row before contacting dealer.
    This has worked before and I have installed the drivers.

    Opened up the phantom, reseat the USB, now everything works. Kinda a pain, just glad I didn't have a bad NAZA.

    You can use a chopstick through the batter door and reseat the USB. :)
