NAZA M Gimbal Control

Hi

Does anyone have experience using a naked gimbal (no controller, just servos) and the gimbal controller built into the NAZA M?

Something like this?

Total build cost $10 including the servo, but the angle is about 95 degrees and its only 1 axis and not so smooth as a brushless gimbal, but is has almost no jello effect, its for me good enough, maybe i will put a second servo on it this summer.

Which camera do you have? I have a Garmin VIRB which has built in stabilization but, as there are no pre-made mounts, I will have to roll my own.

i use a mobius actioncam, its cheap, light, and the cam weight 40gram, and the pictures/movies are not too bad.
But a gopro or your cam is better
