Has anyone tried putting their phantom 2 in a Nanuk 935 case? I have the 940 case which is great except I would like wheels. The 935 seems like it will be a tight fit.

I ordered the Nanuk 935 and it is a great case but just too small for the phantom and the necessary accessories. You could make it fit if you were willing to remove the landing gear. Better off to stick with the 940 case and have lots of room. I have carried this case on numerous flights within the US and also to canada and never had a problem.
I'm using a Nanuk 935 case to hold my DJI Phantom 2 with all accessories (including FPV parts). You don't have to remove the landing gear in order to fit the phantom. However, a small modification is required. Just sander off some plastic from the case where contacting the arms of Phantom. Then~~ Enjoy!
