My Shell Cracked Again in The Same Place

as the first time. I've already had to RMA this one twice (once because DJI repair broke more than they fixed on the first attempt) and they keep sending it back with a new bottom shell of the original design. I'm at a loss and not sure what to do at this point. Small claims?
 
Ouch!! That must sting like the dickens.
Hope and faith, only work some of the time.
They need to reevalute some of their practices. Seriously.
Or is it just employees who don't give a crap about us, the customer?
For the top drone manufacturer and distributor, with over 70% of the world wide RC drone market industry, Something has to change, soon. ;-)
I would be writing a long letter to Mr.Wang himself.

The worst thing is everything was working perfect after this last firmware upgrade. I was finally satisfied with the HD video transmission and gimbal horizon and now this again. I feel sorry for whoever answers the phone Monday morning.
 
DJI got to be more serious about resolving issues timely.
