My P3 Advanced has suddenly decided to become a P3 Professional in the app.

My dji GO App has somehow determined that it is linking to a P3P ( I have a P3A). Whenever I turn on the aircraft, it goes through the gimbal self-check and then it just goes limp and the red light on the front of the gimbal flashes. The tablet/phone auto links ok, but it identifies the machine as a P3P.
I've tried all the ribbon cable connections in the gimbal after I had to replace it and a yaw arm post crash.

Any ideas?

reinstall app on phone, reflash P3A firmware (go down to 1.4 then back up). 1.6 is actually just battery firmware, the bird is still at 1.5x i bet.

I have done all those things. (All good ideas...thanks) Come to find out, if you turn on the Advanced without a camera attached, the app thinks it's a Pro. I have a replacement camera ordered for $279.
