I put a bid on this a while back and forgot about it until I got the message that I won it.
I was up-close and personal with these for four years in the Navy.
It's a 1:48, which I believe is the same as The Flight of the Intruder, limited edition, which came out shortly after the movie. Most everything is 1:72.
See the little bubble on the bottom of the nose (radome). That is the FLIR unit that was just being phased in as I was getting out (1981). We were the ones taking infrared pictures of the lava dome on Mt. St. Helens before, during, and after the event.
