My Footage is stuck in the cache in the Phantom Controller.
We shot sum footage With the phantom 4+ and the footage was not on the card but is stored in the cache in the controller. I tried plugging it into Black magic media express and Adobe premiere nothing will read it.
However when I plug it into a T.V it views it. I was told By DJI that the cache is 720p 30fps???
Nothing will read it.. I was thinking of Getting a Ninja and trying that???
Or going into a Broadcast monitor and out into the Ninja??? Any Help???

The only place your video is recorded is on the SD card in the body of the Phantom.
If you switched the Phantom off before you stopped recording, the file will not be closed properly but you may be able to recover it by inserting the SD card and power cycling the Phantom.
The cached version is low resolution and includes any interference that may affect the live view.
