Here's my first video shot with the Zenmuse H3-2D on my Phantom. This is edited, but no post-processing stabilization.

Looks smooth but with a slight side to side rocking. Is that the gimbal doing that?

The rocking might be due to being in GPS mode. Or, perhaps I just need more practice keeping it steady.

Side-to-side panning corresponds to yaw motion of Phantom. The Zenmuse H3-2D only compensates for pitch and roll of Phantom, no compensation for rotation around 3rd axis, for example from 'rudder' inputs. I'm hoping it was due to small yaw inputs from the (human) pilot or from the autopilot (eg flown in GPS-ATTI mode).

    Nice video Andy.
Want to buy a gimbal soon, but I'm still wondering if the Zenmuse is worth the money.
Many people seem to have problems with it and if you compare prices with this one for example :

    http://www.goodluckbuy.com/dji-phantom- ... raphy.html at 109 USD .....

it makes me wonder why the Zenmuse is so expensive ?

    Any thoughts anyone ?
