I should have included an instant slowmo replay of the crash but didn't think of it when editing the video. The p2v rotated about 90 degrees on it side when it did the unplanned hit. This is in the video but is hard to see at normal speed.
I also should have landed and did an inspection. I will the next time something like this happens. I have to remember to give more up when flying forward or sideways.
This was my fourth flight and I was less cautious than before. I wanted to fly faster than early flights. I gave it a lot of forward at once. As it pitch to go forward, it also dropped. I notice this a little before but forgot. I gave it too much forward at once too close to the ground and did not give it up to make up for the lack of lift as it pitched.
