Parallel charging boards are ok but.... you have to read up on how to charge with them.
As an electrician engineer I can say, that there are many things in the parallel charging procedure that batteries dont like. The rules for charging properly as parallel are too much of work compared to get some extra cheap charger for each battery.
Parallel charging is not the lithium way of charging batteries. They share the balancing state with other batteries with abit of different cells. Parallel charging are far from the ideal way to handle lithium batteries.
In the perfect world, all your batteries would be at the exact same condition and exact same voltage at the time you start charging. But they aint. It is like running a formula 1 with 2 different kind of wheels.
If you compare your phantom, plus accesories with an old americaner car, parallel charging might be fine.
If you like to handle your phantom, plus accesories as a formula 1 car, you charge each battery alone.
