Motors won't start with new DJI Battery.

My older DJI batteries work fine. But the last two DJI batteries I bought on Amazon will not engage the motors. I suspect this is a firmware issue but I like the version of firmware I am running now and don't want to change.

Help?

How old are the batteries you bought on amazon?

What would you like any of us to do for you?

There is no battery update or firmware that can resolve your problem sorry.

Does the light on the battery change to red when you try and start up? Or does it stay green?

The Series 2 (PH2-5200) model will come with a yellow notification stating it will not work with older firmwares.
What firmware you running?
