Motors and Futaba Not Communicating?

Hey!
I had a flyaway yesterday and my Phantom crashed into a palm tree and now it won't fly.

I've recalibrated it with the Naza software, tested the motors through the software (they all work), tested the Futaba transmitter (it works and is calibrated)...

But, the transmitter will not arm the motors.

Any suggestions on fixing this issue?

Is the Tx communicating and calibrated from within the NAZA Assistant?

Yes. After doing everything it still didn't work. Let it sit for a few minutes and all of a sudden (while desperately hoping the motors would start) pulled the sticks to the bottom center, and motors powered on! Recalibrated the Phantom again and she's flying. Not sure what did it, but it's working!
