motor temperature - should be the same at phantom 4 ?

Hello guys, after reading the comment of a pilot in another thread, I made a 5 min fly to test the temperature of motors. I noticed (by hand) that they do not have the same temperature. after landing, one motor was just warm (or warm enough), and the other three were hot. I made another test later and every time, the same one motor is not as hot as the other... from the 3 other, one is always a bit hoter. Always the same.
Is there a problem ? I tried to put the same load in all of them by holding the drone stable at the air and move in all directions.

If the quad is stationary even with a small wind just maintaining that position will cause one motor to work harder than the others. Try a test by rotating the bird 180 and see if another motor heats up more.
