Motor Replacement Tips

I have a P2V which crashed recently and now one of the motors is difficult to spin - think it needs to be replaced.

This will be my first attempt at replacing a motor. Wanted to see if anyone had any tips or suggestions?

Also, I was considering ordering the motor from UAVDirect and their site suggests replacing all four at the same time - do you think this is necessary?
